Sociology is the study of social life, social change and the social causes and consequences of human behavior. Sociologists investigate the structure of groups, organizations and societies and how people interact within these contexts.
With App State’s Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sociology - Individually Design degree program, you will chart your own academic path that will provide a unique lens for understanding and analyzing social issues, relationships and institutions.
Depending on your interests, this degree will set you apart in a variety of fields, potentially including business, public research, public health care systems, and medical and entrepreneurial endeavors.
