Combine your passion for business and food with App State’s Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nutrition and Foods - Foodsystems Management.
Learn about meal planning and preparation, culinary design and development, safety and service guidelines, and the business management skills to combine these areas.
Food industry management plays a crucial role in how food gets to our tables. Throughout this program, you’ll gain a systemwide perspective of managerial issues confronting firms in the food industry, recognizing the increased interdependence among such firms and focusing on creating consumer value.
Additionally, you’ll take part in a 200-hour internship in Foodsystems Management before graduation to start applying your new skills.
