Transform your compassion into caring expertise.

App State’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is a nationally respected program that transforms students who are new to the field into top-tier nurses — professionals who can make an immediate and lasting impact in any health care setting.

Our program exposes you to professional nursing practice in areas such as pediatrics, women’s health, adult health, community health and mental health.

Hone your skills in our state-of-the-art nursing skills and simulation labs, where learning experiences will improve your abilities to work with patients.

Once you’ve completed your degree, you will be eligible to take the NCLEX-RN licensure exam, qualifying you for positions in a variety of health care settings as well as providing the qualifications you need to pursue graduate studies.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of registered nursing positions is expected to increase by 6% in the next decade with an average annual pay of more than $80,000.
