The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Management - General Management degree program at App State will provide you with a clear understanding of the tools, technologies, communication techniques and ethics required to succeed in business today.
By acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to understand the changing global business environment, you will be prepared to effectively and efficiently manage organizations that get the best out of their employees and achieve strategic goals.
This includes learning how to attract and retain talented employees and ensure that their activities are aligned with strategic objectives — both in existing companies and in new startup ventures. Management majors also gain valuable leadership and interpersonal skills, along with an understanding of group dynamics — which, together, are the skills that truly define effective managers.
